A long time fixture in the NYC restaurant world Claire Paparazzo has a hard time just keeping still. Actress turned Sommelier she aspires to ‘make wine visual.’ After Claire’s successful career as Blue Hill’s Wine Director she started daydreaming of a life on the go. The idea is to use her connections to winemakers all over the world and show up with a crew to film a behind the scene look into the life of a winemaker, culture and to always find the way to the party.
